What happens then?

Custom Art Creation

Our expert designers will create your personalized pet portrait with lots of love, care and attention. We use proprietary design techniques, transformative photo re-touching and professional blending processes in our design house to produce your custom pet masterpiece. All designs go through an in-house quality check to ensure your unique pet artwork is absolutely perfect. Once we're happy we send a preview to you for approval!

Next Step - Your Approval!

A preview of this will then be sent to you via email for you to approve. You will receive a preview of your artwork within 3-5 working days for you to approve. At this stage you can request any changes you’d like until you are 100% happy. Once approved your portrait will be printed and shipped to you.

If you decide to change your mind within the first 12 hours of placing your order and would like to cancel, providing we havernt already sent you your artwork proof (becasue we are that fast) then no worries! We've got you covered.

After the clock ticks past those initial 12 hours, we might have to play it by ear. There could be a 25% cancellation fee involved, as our talented team might have already put their creative juices to work on your order.
