At Paw & Glory, we've got you covered with our awesome 30-day return policy for items purchased from our Animal Wall Art Non Customised collection. It means you've got the power to undo that purchase mojo within a cool 30 days from the moment you laid paws on your treasure. 🐾

Now, here's the scoop: Our personalized goodies are like unicorns – magical and non-refundable, unless they arrive looking like they've been in a cat vs. unicorn showdown.

When we say we've got your back, we mean it! We'll give back all those hard-earned pennies you sent our way, minus the delivery cost (sorry, that's a one-way ticket). If, by chance, the returned goods feel a bit worse for wear because of some unnecessary human roughhousing, we might have to dock a bit from the refund. 🤑

Unfortunately, we don't provide a free returns service. To ensure your items find their way back to us safe and sound, we highly recommend using a tracked shipping method. We'd hate to see your goodies go missing or take an unexpected detour on their journey back to us, so better safe than sorry!

(a) Receiving the goods you sent back,

(b) You showing us proof that you've sent the goods packing, or

Oopsie-Daisy Art Mishap!

Oh no, if your masterpiece arrives with a few battle scars, don't fret! Within 30 days of receiving your artwork, give our fabulous customer support team a shout-out. We'll work our magic and conjure up a fresh print, just for you, completely on the house. But remember, the clock's ticking, so get in touch pronto! If you dilly-dally too long, we might not be able to whip up that artwork encore.

Enthusiastic Handling

We totally get it - accidents happen! 🙈 But just a quick heads-up, if your artwork decides to go on a wild adventure and ends up a bit worse for wear due to some, well, let's call it "enthusiastic handling," we might need to chat about a small charge for a reprint.

Here are a few examples of what we mean by "enthusiastic handling":

1. Forgetting to give those staples in the postal tube the boot, which could give your artwork a not-so-glamorous scratch makeover.
2. Getting a little too "artsy" and bending your canvas corners, causing the paint to go on a colorful vacation of its own (discoloration alert!).
3. Trying to win a bendy phone case contest, and, well, snapping it in the process.
4. Taking your cushion's zip on a wild ride by tugging it way too hard, leading to a not-so-happy ending.

We're all about fun and creativity here, but let's try to keep the art on your walls looking tip-top. If anything unexpected does occur, we're here to help you sort it out with a smile!

If the portrait preview doesn't make you jump with joy, don't sweat it! We're all about making you smile, so we offer unlimited, absolutely free tweaks! And if, after a few rounds of playful adjustments, you're still not doing cartwheels, no worries! Your happiness is our priority, and we'll totally honor your call. Just drop a line to our fantastic customer support team, and together, we'll uncover the ultimate solution for you.

If you decide to change your mind within the first 12 hours of placing your order and would like to cancel, providing we havernt already sent you your artwork proof (becasue we are that fast) then no worries! We've got you covered.

After the clock ticks past those initial 12 hours, we might have to play it by ear. There could be a 20% cancellation fee involved, as our talented team might have already put their creative juices to work on your order.

Once the ink hits the paper, though, and your artwork is printed, there's no turning back – printed orders are set in stone and can't be cancelled!
